I had a pain on my knees and I started taking this and after a week I’m not in pain anymore. It is pricy but it’s really worth it. I hope they fix the cap because it is so hard to close.

I fell about three years ago, and ruptured three ligaments in my right knee along with my meniscus cartilage after a subluxation of the knee. Needless to say I had a great deal of pain after the injury, and found very little to ease it. I found this product while researching different things to help with the inflammation. I still have the injuries, but I don't have any knee pain whatsoever, which my therapists and doctors find amazing, and no joint damage, and I'm able to walk, which again my doctors find amazing.
